Ann Marie Marks, CPC, CPPM, CRC has over 15 years of healthcare experience in medical reimbursement, AR management, commercial and risk adjustment coding and documentation. In addition, she has strong practice management knowledge of multi-specialty ambulatory surgery centers (ASC) and physician practices.

As an MRA educator, Ann Marie provided training for medical coders, physicians and non-physician practitioners on medical coding and documentation requirements to ensure compliance with coding regulations for Medicare Advantage organizations. She enjoys managing and mentoring staff in all aspects of physician practices.

We are all excited to have Ann Marie back after ten years, and know that her bachelor’s degree in human resource management and wealth of experience will make her a valuable addition to Acevedo Consulting.
