Senior Consultant - Hybrid Position

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in coding, compliance and regulatory audits. As a full time benefited employee, you will be working closely with physicians, Compliance Officers and healthcare attorneys to gain an understanding of their organization’s compliance needs based on their individual circumstances and risk areas.

As a Senior Consultant, you may conduct proactive compliance & coding audits and assist clients and their legal counsel in responding to Medicare and other third party payer audits, and analyze data pertaining to Medicare Risk Adjustment (MRA) ICD-10-CM codes and Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCCs). You will also independently coordinate and communicate the results of consulting and internal audit projects to ACI’s clients while managing the work completed by Associate Consultants/Analysts. Building relationships during the life of the project and proactively and routinely reaching out to the client after the completion of the current project, is the core of ACI’s strength in the industry.

EXPERIENCE and CERTIFICATIONS

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years in coding, compliance, consulting and managing people

• CPC and CHC required. CPMA or CRC desired

• Able to formulate compliance work plans

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
